"We were first assigned to Room 120; however the television would not work. We notified the front desk, unplugged the TV from the wall and it still did not work. She moved us to Room 119 and all was good."

"The room was very clean and we had a very good nights sleep.The staff person at the front desk when we checked in was unbelievably helpful in answering our questions regarding travel around the city of Indianapolis. She was one of the best front desk people I have ever dealt with."

"This was my first trip to Indianapolis and The Courtyard by Marriott exceeded my expectations. I was able to call prior to my arrival and speak with a hotel staff member regarding parking and walkability to Lucas Oil Stadium. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately by a valet who took care of our car parking and the front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze. Our room was in perfect condition. Quick valet service again when we were ready to leave. A 5-Star stay. "

"I am giving this a 5-star rating due to the host's responsiveness. When an issue came up with the house, she responded immediately and sent someone out to handle it while she was out of the country. The house had plenty of room for 20 people, and we enjoyed our stay."

"When I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attendant. I think the gentleman’s name was Cody. During my stay I had to go to the ER and the lady that was working the desk at 4am (headed out to the ER) was very helpful and kind. Made sure I had anything to help me with what I was going through. Upon returning from ER they were accommodating as well. Was able to rest after coming back to the hotel. There was street noise but what hotel doesn’t have street noise. Upon departure the gentleman that checked me in checked me out, again with the same warm smile and pleasant demeanor. There was also another lady at the desk at checkout that was extra kind and sweet to my kiddos. I would recommend and stay again if I was back in Indianapolis. Do not recommend IU hospital though lol. I should have taken the ladies advice and went to St. Francis maybe. I was pleased with my stay there. "
