Great Location!

We enjoyed being right in the thick of Duval Street. Having the gate made us feel safe. It was nice to be able to just step off the street and back into our place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basically a lovely hotel room in the heart of things. The only drawback was wall shaking music from the nearby Hog’s Breath Saloon until around midnight every night. The accommodations were clean and modern, Rich, the owner delightful to work with. He directed us to a few places, including Bagatelle across the street that has great food, and thr Breakfast Club, too.As we were there 5 nights, it would have been nice to have housekeeping once to tidy up and restock the Kurig K-cups!

Great spot

The place was in a great spot and was near all there is to do on Duval! I’d recommend it more for couples or singles or friends looking to have fun. I had a blast doing karaoke but the nightlife is loud. My kids enjoyed being in the center of things but they didn’t love the live music at night. It was a charming property and I’d be happy to stay again.
