We book our trip at a last minute long weekend The room was on the 3rd floor and had a spectacular view. Super clean and the kitchen had everything you need. The only disappointment, and probably my mistake, there is no restaurant in the property, which I was hoping to have both options (cook and enjoy food service) We were unlucky and the weekend we went, there was a massive amount of seaweed so we couldn’t enjoy the tiny cute beach area - not the hotel fault, but for future visits, I will call the hotel and ask before booking. Overall, we enjoy our visit to Key West and the Coconut Beach Resort

booked last minute so we knew rooms were slim picking. Ended up getting a studio, had to walk 41 steps up and down, no elevators. not that big of a deal. The AC would blast cold air for 1-2 minutes, unbearable without all your blankets, then two minutes later you were sweating and had to remove sheets and blankets.....all night long. The beach was full of rotten seaweed, smelled like a sewage facility inside and outside

We had stayed at this resort before and had a good experience, so we decided to choose it again for our vacation. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed. The room itself was clean, but the furniture was uncomfortable and not very relaxing. After spending the night, we discovered that we had been bitten by some kind of insects. The bites were very itchy and left clearly visible red marks. Our biggest complaint, however, was the beach. It was not properly cleaned, and there was a very unpleasant smell from the seaweed, which made it difficult to enjoy spending time there. To be fair, the pool and the area around it were comfortable and well maintained. That is the main reason we decided to give this resort 3 stars instead of a lower rating. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not choose this resort again for a future vacation.

We had an outstanding stay. Very comfy room, nice grounds. Great part of Key West… just far enough away from the bustle, but close enough that a quick golf cart ride gets you into the thick of everything. We will definitely be back

We only stayed a couple of days, but the location was great. Really nice to be right on the water, and have a pool right there too. Lots of stuff in walkable distance. Covered parking. Etc.

Había sargazo y no se podía usar la picina por qué el olor era demasiado fuerte, el aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba dañado y solo tenían una unidad portátil dentro de el cuarto que se notaba que llevaba algún tiempo puesta por el tape y todo, la ducha no funcionaba bien, no hay elevador y hay mil escaleras… No me fui porque era solo por una noche y pagué un precio alto por ser 4 de Julio pero para quedarse por varios días no hubiera podido con tantas cosas mal. El personal muy chevere, la localización muy buena, la picina muy linda.
