Perfect for First Time Visit

The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to all of the sites we wanted to visit, such as the Hemingway House, Mallory Square, and the Southernmost Point.

Great Rental-April 2025

The place was clean and well kept. Location is very convenient. It was a bit noisy at times due to being on Duval street but not overly so. We quickly got used to it. The management company was very responsive and proactive. Definitely recommend.

Location! Spacious and great porch

The location on Southern Duval is great! The porch for people watching was spacious and comfortable. Location is far enough from loud, hustle and bustle of bars but a short 10-15 minute walk to Sloppy Joe's and 20 mins to Mallory Square. Apartment was spacious and had a nice setup, needs a deep clean and maybe some paint refreshSquare.

We had a great time at Cuban Paradise. The location is perfect to put you in the middle of all the fun Key West has to offer and the balcony was a great place to relax while seeing all the action. Great location

Cuban Paradise was perfect. The location was great. On Duval but the more quiet part but close enough to walk to the action. The management was extremely helpful as we extended our stay 2 nights. Will definitely be back!

We like the location of this property and enjoyed our stay. The only issue, and it is not a major issue, was with the pool; location is too far away and too small to accommodate the amount of guests who could use it.

Keywesters Getaway

This property was ideal for us in that it provided space and rest in between adventuring out and about Key West. Centrally located, yet on the “quieter end “ of Duval, this property was well maintained and very comfortable. Having had a love affair with Key West for nearly 40 years, we would definitely return to this spot for safe harbor.

Awesome location

This property is situated just a few blocks from the hopping portion of Duval street. However it is just far enough to where every night is quiet and enjoyable. The property has a large balcony overlooking the street that is great for relaxing. The inside is spacious, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place for your stay in key west.

Key west perfection

Always nervous when you book no matter the pictures. But let me tell you, the pictures do not do this place justice. This is a great place to stay, lots of room and amenities. Check in was so quick and smooth, directions were perfect. The little extras from the supplies to the recommendations were spot on All set to reserve for next trip.

Nice time in KW

The unit is very nice, open, with a balcony, two bed and bathrooms...plenty of space and nicely set up for a get-a-way. Well located for activity on Duval Street. Sleeping in the upper bedroom/loft, while lovely, was a bit on noisier side as things like trash trucks and roosters (both in the early mornings) tend to reverberate and echo...regardless of how much poultry you eat while in KW.

Beautiful Duval St Condo

We've always wanted to stay Directly on Duval St and this property was a perfect choice. Clean, nicely furnished and lovely decor. The loft bedroom is wonderful and we loved the balcony with new rockers looking directly onto Duval. We enjoyed having Gelato across the street. Smart TV made for enjoyable watching since we could sign into our video accounts. Bathrooms were also well done. We are already planning our next stay, not that we wanted to leave when it was time.

Amazing Location

This is the second time I've used this rental, and although it is showing a little bit of wear, I wasn't disappointed. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, decently stocked kitchen (although the ice maker didn't cooperate), and plenty of towels (bath and beach). The balcony could use some new furniture/cushions and a deep cleaning, but even as it is, it's still a great place to spend the afternoon. The check-in/out process is seamless no matter what time you arrive and depart. Having a dedicated off-street parking spot is a huge benefit.
