Great place

Really enjoyed the place, very clean and comfortable, great balcony overlooking the ocean. The amenities like the pool and hot tub were very nice and it's a short bike / drive / Lyft from everything in Key West.

Wonderful place!

A wonderful place to stay! Close to everything but peaceful to come back to the condo and have a glass of wine on the porch looking out at the water. Highly recommend!!

Nice stay in Key West

Nice property with beautiful pool right in the ocean. The condo was clean, bright and very nicely furnished. The beds were super comfy and we slept great. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to be in Key West but not in the center of all the action.

In Good Spirits, a lovely condo

Very nice, well stocked and beautifully decorated and clean. All linens and towels included, made it even nicer. Beautiful pool and beach area, also building had good security. Overall great experience and would go again.

Absolutely paradise!

We didn’t want to leave! This condo is spectacular. Full kitchen, amazingly comfortable sofas and beds, immaculate pool, and stunning views. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful week. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and ocean view! Condo had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Location was quiet but easy to access Old Town Key West via Uber. Would definitely recommend!

Birthday in Key West!

Our stay at the condo was great! Very easy checking in and out. It was very clean and nice for all of us. Our only complaint if you want to call it a complaint was the very limited availability of parking. However, we were informed of the situation before we arrived. We ended up getting a decent parking spot and instead of driving ourselves to locations we took an Uber or Lyft. A helpful hint from a local-Lyft is much cheaper than an Uber!!

Mother Daughter vacay

Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place.

Great Experience!

Lovely condo in a great location - close to a beach and away from the noisy areas, yet a short bike or Uber ride to most attractions. The kitchen was unusually well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We loved that there were two king beds. The spacious deck was a great breakfast place. The pool area was very nice, with a hot tub as well. We had a terrific stay!

Fun in the sun

Wendy and her team were very quick to respond if you would ever need them. The house is beautiful. Both beds were super comfy and the views of the sunrise and sunsets are great.

Best Place in Key West

We absolutely loved 1800 Atlantic and our unit. Everything was so well kept and the unit was spacious and super comfortable. The amenities at this complex were fantastic - great pool, hot tub area. It even had a work out room and a game room/ ping pong table. It has a small man made beach and awesome ocean access. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was also great and professional and there’s a concierge service we used as well. We will be back!

Early summer escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice relaxing trip to a place we’d heard rumors about but never been. Besides an annoying parking situation, restaurants were very good, bars had lots of live music, and temps were surprisingly pleasant. Nice time.

Dream Tranquil Home Away from Home

From its’ updated, modern design, excellent kitchen amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms and large bathrooms, this apartment was a dream! It also has a smart TV, plush blankets, ample pillows and all of the towels you would ever want. We also enjoyed the lush courtyard, large clean pool and loved laying in the lounge chairs overlooking the water and a small beach. Outside of the location and the space itself, check-in was super easy (even at midnight!), the instructions were very clear and communicating with the property manager was easy and quick. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks again for the amazing stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. The beach area is very rocky, yet it is an easy walk on the streetside sidewalk to Smathers Beach. We went parasailing and scuba diving and loved every minute of it. Parking near the event areas can be difficult and expensive so Uber is a great option. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, view, amenities

The condo is beautifully decorated and as well stocked and organized as my own home. Owner has thought of everything! Great location - a short drive to Duval and Mallory Square, with great restaurants and art galleries, but away from that hustle and bustle. Pretty ocean view and garden-like grounds with Spanish moss, palms and orchids. There is no designated parking space but we parked close by when the condo lot was full. There’s a large communal hottub and heated outdoor pool long enough for lap swimming, both with ocean views and neither crowded. Key West beaches are manmade and the beach near condo is narrow and rocky, good for watching wildlife, not so much for walking and swimming. Not far away are 12 public, free pickleball courts with daily open play. Can walk to some restaurants and an old fort garden. Recommend the hop on - hop off tour bus and mangrove kayaking.

The unit was clean and had everything we could have needed for this weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Key West! Close walkable access to Smathers Beach, which was much less crowded than anticipated and actually very quiet and peaceful. We did not rent a car, so did Uber to the main downtown area for restaurants, bars, excursions, etc as these were likely not walkable for most folks, but we did not mind this at all as it left the property very quiet and relaxing when serenity was desired.

Great getaway

The place was clean, well stocked with supplies, and the view was beautiful. The pool and beach were both great. We went out snorkeling at the beach and there were so many great things to see. The complementary concur here was fantastic! She was very responsive (without the hour) and connecting us to great adventures. I highly suggest renting scooters for the day, it was a fun and easy way to get around. I would stay here again.

Inhospitable Property, But a Nice Condo

This condo is very nicely appointed. The furnishings were beachy and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully outfitted and the owners have provided beach equipment, etc. for a really nice stay. The pictures in the listing accurately portray the condo. Nice place!However, the overall property is very unwelcoming. While it's obvious that many of the owners opt to rent their properties out (like here on VRBO), it seems that the residents and Association take a dim view of that practice. When you arrive you're immediately advised (scolded?) with a detailed list of everything you can't do. "This isn't a resort, it's a community." That community spirit is well exemplified by the bevy of manatees lolling in the pool on their pool noodles and making loud, catty remarks about younger women in bikinis.I wish we could have had this condo in a more welcoming location.

Beautiful property, food scarce

The large and lovely light filled unit itself was immaculate and very well stocked with kitchen equipment, cutlery, dishes, etc. as well as a generous amount of towels and linens. Kudos to the cleaners! Very well furnished, with beautiful artwork, good lighting, balcony furniture, small tables for parking drinks on, all very thoughtful. Good common areas, very big pool. Private beach area is not swimmable, but good views.As this was our first time in this neighborhood, more communication about the lack of food options, e.g. no walkable convenience or grocery store or even a nearby snack bar was an inconvenience after a longish plane ride. The property manager not able to be helpful in this regard. Also the book with restaurants and attractions was not that helpful, no addresses, price points, even type of cuisines, just a listing of the dozens of restaurants by name in Key West. So I'd advise prospective renters to do research ahead of time! A ceiling fan in a bedroom was stuck in the on position and that was not handled in a timely manner, but otherwise all systems worked well.Suggest a small welcome basket with snacks and soft drinks would take the edge off the general lack of sustenance in the neighborhood. The concierge offers shopping services at a cost, and I probably would have taken advantage of that knowing what I do now. But order in advance as there is a 50 rush fee for 24 hour service.
