The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. We checked-in and the young lady at the office was nice and polite. Once at the staircase because the property has two floors with no elevator. So, I had to take one suitcase at a time, and my wife grab the carry-on's. The room was clean and was small but able to get around in it. You can tell that the rooms are dated and need to be updated.

Die Außenanlagen sind teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Der Aufgang zu den Zimmern hatte brüchiges Holz und müsste dringend neu gestrichen werden. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und es gab keinen Kleiderschrank. Die Klimaanlage war direkt neben dem Bett. Ohne war es zu heiß, mit war es zu laut und blies einem direkt ins Gesicht. Personal haben wir kaum gesehen, lediglich beim Check-in und Check-out. Pool war recht klein, haben wir auch nicht genutzt. Für eine Nacht war es noch gerade ok. Der Preis war recht hoch und das Hotel recht weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Friendly staff. Great location. We took advantage of the bike rentals & traveled completely around Key West multiple times. Great food at the on-site Stoned Crab. The complimentary breakfast is a decent start to the day. Great location. Small room & tiny bathroom but this is vacation & not home, met our needs. Bonus shark feedings right off the dock, fun!! Not fair to compare to a big resort, perfect for our needs.

This property has incorrect presentation on line. There are hidden costs, the front desk"conceirge" is unknowledgeable about anything "Key West", you have to request to have your room cleaned., it is faraway from any activities or restaurants except for "their" restaurant The Stoned Crab which is expensive and not great food. The "free" breakfast is just ok.

We didn't experience much of the property and the amenities. It was a short stay. The room was nice and clean, however, it was very small. The bathroom was small as well and everything was damp after a shower, even with the fan running. Going out the back sliding door was nice. I napped in the hammock. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods. Staff were pleasant.

The room was okay. The staff was okay. But the pool side was terrible had a jackhammer going at 7:30 in the morning till 4:30 in the afternoon. Which means I couldn't sleep in on my vacation I was up at 730 with a jackhammer in my Ears. Left 2 days early and they Wood not reimburse me. never go again And will never Recommend this to anyone!!!!

The good/great-the resort is such a neat set up, with some great views in the water facing rooms. Very convenient and fun set up with the restaurant/bar being right there at the pool area, and there’s a nice vibe. Food was great and the breakfast that is included is nice with the basics. The negative - the rooms are in need of major updating. Furniture is missed-matched and cheap but the beds are comfortable enough and there’s a fridge. The water patio rooms are about 30 ft from the water, with chairs right outside.

Clean room and linens. Rooms with a sandy beach with many different wild animals and birds. Lounge chairs to sit in. A nice pool with a bar attached and seafood restaurant. Jet Skis available. Staff very friendly. The one complaint is the property is very dated especially the bathroom.
