The house was great! It was clean, had pool access, centrally located. Brian was great communicating with us on our arrival day, during hurricane Helen, as we had to revise our arrival time. He checked in periodically and even sent a video of how to get to the pool. The key lime pie was a nice surprise and delicious. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for a couples vacation week. It was close and way to get to the heart of Duval St. This place is cute and clean. The management company was extremely helpful in getting us settled in and the concierge service was wonderful in helping to make plans for the week.

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and well stocked. Check in was easy and Brian easy to contact if needed. Wonderful location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go! Will definitely book again!

It was a nice property. I wish there would have been a better third bedroom but everybody was all right there The ad said it was a 1 to 2 minute walk from to the beach but we never found that walk and the kids did a walk around and never found the pool but overall it was a good stay

This was honestly my first Experience renting a home and we really enjoyed the space. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. If we had any questions or needs we always had a quick response. I couldn’t complain about a single thing. We absolutely loved the location since you were close to Duval but weren’t in the middle of all the nightlife and walking distance to the beach! We would definitely return.

Great location, generously appointed and meticulously maintained. Samantha at Last Key Realty was attentive to our every request. The Key Lime pie waiting for us in the refrigerator was the perfect welcome to Key West. Highly recommended.

Everything about the house was wonderful. The location was close enough to walk to Duval and yet quiet at night. We had almost everything we could ask for. We wish the elevator was working...hopefully next time. :)

Well, the handrails on the stairs were improperly installed resulting in a slip and fall down the stairs. Bruised and sore for days. Offer of comp or anything. The unit itself was not as pictured. There was a disclaimer on the site however, this unit was on the edge of the community and against a public parking lot. Noise was terrible, went well on into the early morning. Bikes on property was owner use only. So after you spent an enormous amount of money for really just a small house with nothing special you would have to go rent bikes. On the positive side they get you in and out fast. If you are on the island I strongly suggest to look at the resorts. They will work with you and have comparable pricing. Keep you out of the red deck riviera,

Great property, extremely clean and well located within proximity to many activities. The unit was not connected to other buildings, so very private. Pool is a few steps away, but provides a nice walk and many beautiful plants along the way.

Stayed for 7 days weekend of boat race championships. Secure and quiet neighborhood in walking distance to events and services. Clean, well supplied space. Key lime pie at checkin was pleasant surprise.

We (husband and I) and our 19 y/o daughter and her best friend spent a wonderful week at Saltwater Sapphire. The location is perfect. It is two short blocks from Duval and one block from Whitehead which runs right down to Mallory Square and the shops/restaurants near the water. The property was private, quiet, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The realty service also provided us the opportunity to buy groceries and alcohol ahead of our arrival and it was in the fridge when we got there! The pool for the complex is close by but a little small so we didn't use it often. We rented bikes and were able to bike to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach which was very convenient. The concierge service was able to make reservations for us to attend a ghost tour and a sandbar charter. Great place, great location, great perks!

Everything about our stay at this property was 5 stars! It was loaded with all the necessities and located in a part of Key West where we felt close to all the right places. The property is very well maintained with all the added Key West charm and beauty. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect for all the attractions in key west. We enjoyed having access to the grill and community pool. The kitchen had spices to cook with and sufficient cleaning supplies to clean up during our stay. We were happy to have access to a washer and dryer and returned home with very little dirty laundry. The only issue we had was with a towel rack in the master bath and it was resolved very quickly and efficiently.

The location was perfectly situated within comfortable walking distance of all tourist attractions. It was close enough to walk to more populated areas, but secluded enough to be a very private and quiet stay. It is just a few blocks away from bars, restaurants, Duval St, Mallory square, and the pier to watch the sunset. There is a private parking spot in a lot, not on the street (major plus). Would definitely stay again!
