Excellent Property and Location

We were down in the keys for a fishing trip and the house was perfect, plenty of room for 6 of us, great location to food and bars. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent location in heart of Key West

A short Christmas trip was a great escape. The home is perfectly located right near everything but just far enough away from the crowds. We rented bikes that were waiting on us upon arrival and it was a perfect way to see Key West. The mgmt, Alena, was excellent and gave us the best restaurant recs and took great care of us. We would definitely stay there again and again.

Location, location, location

Old Key West charm in the heart of the action...just far enough off Duval for some peace and quiet. Our host was most responsive and the 3 bedroom, all masters, townhouse-style charmer was spotless. Would come back for sure.

Fun Trip With Friends

We had a great stay at the Toasted Coconut. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and the location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were surprised at how well stocked the house was when we first arrived. All the necessities were there, like toilet paper, hand soap, etc. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place The Toasted Coconut!

Group of 6 friends that loved the Toasted Coconut! This house is beautiful and very well taken care of. Loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own full bathrooms. The kitchen had everything needed. The realty company was amazing. They delivered our suit cases for us while we had lunch. Everything is within walking distance. The best part was a Key Lime Pie was waiting for us when we arrived!

Last Key Rep. Alice was great. House was absolutely beautiful and in perfect location to everything. Only negative was the showers. Bathrooms were beautiful but shower heads were awful. Could rinse off quicker with a glass of water.

Great Birthday Trip

This property was perfect and so comfortable. Everything was updated and clean. The property company and rep were very attentive and if we had needed anything, they would have been quick to respond. They checked on us numerous times by text. Although we didn't have any issues at all that needed to be taken care of. We would absolutely stay at this house again! Loved it!

Key west for the 60th

Very roomy home for 6 adults. Each room had a bathroom plus an additional half near the kitchen. Little pool was a bonus. Close to everything!!

Great House near everything

House is cozy, well appointed and well kept in great location. Just a block off Duval and 1/2 a block from Faust grocery store - very handy. No parking on site is a bit of a bummer but fine if you don’t have a car. Would go back to this house again as this was our third time with Key Realty.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We were very pleasantly surprised at the beautiful and welcoming home. It is beautifully decorated, the tv was on with music, a key lime pie was waiting for us in the fridge and the home was spectacularly sparkling clean. A minor issue with the constant noise of the struonstruction next door.conisdue

Perfect house and location

I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. There is nothing I was unhappy about in regards to this property. Everything was clean and very updated and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels provided and appliances are all new and in good working order. It's also in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. There is a small grocery store that is very close which is also convenient. Management also left us a key lime pie which was a nice touch. We were able to leave our suitcases at the property management company after check out as well which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this property and happily stay here again.
