Opal Key Resort & Marina, Key West
Paid extra for an ocean view room and got a view of a 10 story cruise ship 2 out of the 3 days. Very disappointed. If it is out out the resorts control, when cruise ships come to port, then a credit should be given to the guest.

The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton
The front desk seemed just OK. The room had several problems: 1) The caulk was worn in the shower and water would flood the bathroom and adjacent closet. Noatter how carefully you showered. 2) The TV volume would not go down beyond level 10. It was never fixed, although they tries several times. ...

Duval House
The room was perfect! The staff was amazing and very helpful! The pool area, gardens and the complementary breakfast was fantastic! Had a great time. I highly recommend the Duvall House.
