Located in The Pines community, this 2BR/2BA (plus loft) condo is the perfect basecamp for year-round fun! The spacious, two-story layout includes a wood-burning fireplace, stylish rustic-chic decor, and a modern kitchen, as well as a convenient ski locker.
Community amenities include a heated indoor pool, two indoor hot tubs, and sauna. Enjoy a superb locale right on the Keystone shuttle route. Drive two miles to the Peru Lift at Keystone Resort.
LIVING AREA
A wood-burning fireplace with stone surround creates a relaxing lodge-like ambience in the living area. Kick back on the plush sofa and stream favorite Netflix shows on the smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Granite countertops shine in the well-equipped kitchen. A wine fridge is included among the full suite of stainless steel appliances. Perch at the bar for three as dinner simmers.
The table in the dining area seats six.
BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and the loft area.
You’ll find a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV in the primary suite. The desk creates a convenient home workspace. The en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom holds two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV. A private vanity with a sink provides added convenience. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Open to the living area below, the loft is furnished with a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle and a desk.

The private balcony has lovely mountain views.

Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open community lot. Street parking is not permitted.
The condo is located on the second floor; an elevator is not available. This unit does not have air-conditioning.
THE LOCATION
Hop aboard the complimentary Keystone ski shuttle for convenient access to mountain adventure. Drive two miles to the Peru Lift at Keystone Resort for access to the world-class terrain. The main mountain base is a 7-minute drive from your rental. Travel 5 minutes to the Keystone Lake Ice Rink.
During warmer months, hike the Keystone Gulch Trailhead, a 5-minute drive. Golfers will appreciate being just a 10-minute drive from the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Drive 11 minutes to Marina Park for a day of fun on the reservoir.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
