Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this rental! Management was amazing and very responsive. You can walk to the lift (PERU) in about 5 minutes. It is not a bad walk. The pool, hot tub and sauna worked most of the time and were very enjoyable.

We booked the condo last min and we had two issues. 1. We couldn’t find the key box. Key box in located under the parking garage. (Not there fault)2. The master tub was not draining. They came out and fixed it asap!!We liked that it had 3 full bathrooms! Over all great stay and nice place. I also like how they communicated instantly by text message.

The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. We used the grill several times and enjoyed having it. We appreciated having an elevator. All in all, a great choice for our hiking vacation. Nice 3-bedroom condo, lots of comfortable space. Only issue we had was the TV wasn't working properly (couldn't get Disney+ or netflix to work), but we punted to a different option. The mgt company said they'd let the owners know. Otherwise, it is as advertised.

Property was awesome and so comfy! Hot tub a bit small but not a big deal. The kitchen had everything one could wish for. My only complaint is i broke my leg during this stay so i had asked for an extra hour before check out. Im very very sore on crutches and this left all the packing to my husband. But we managed and checked out on time feeling a bit rushed. Overall thia was the best place yet.

Best part about this property is it was close to the slopes, within walking distance. The check-in process was. A little vague and less hard to make sure we knew how to get in the building, find the key, and utilize everything we needed. The condo was mostly clean. However, I did find a piece of bacon in a bedroom and a couple other small little things that were kind of on the edge of rooms. The space was very adequate and we enjoyed that immensely.

The biggest downfall was less than 7 days prior to our June arrival, we received notification that the amenities (hot tub, pool, sauna) would be closed. We had to make several attempts to get in contact with management and inevitably were told the amenities would in actuality be open and that we could not cancel as we were outside of the 19 day window (again, notified of changes to amenities <7 days prior to our arrival).

The checkin process was really complicated! The garage was very poorly lit and lock boxes that held the keys were almost impossible to see or open. How archaic! And only one condo key is very inconvenient for our group! We stayed in a condo that sleeps 10 people and you only gave us one key?????

There’s plenty of space, and the condo has everything we could have possibly needed. From an in-unit dryer when my boot liners got soaked to full first aid kits with bandaids because of the same wet boots, every time we reached for something it was there. The kitchen was well-appointed and the whole place was exceptionally clean and tidy. We also enjoyed each having our own queen size bed (4 of us). We would definitely stay again!

Condo was stocked with plenty of bedding, fans, humidifiers, games and more. My only complaint was parking. The condo that sleeps 10 only comes with 1 parking pass. So if up to 10 of you are traveling in more than one car, and the threats of being towed and a $500 cost don’t seem worth it, you pay an additional $25 a day per car to park. This was not clear at the time of booking. Other than that, we had a great experience and stay.
