Perfect for a Colorado Ski Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of 5- lots of beds and spaces for everyone! Conveniently located near multiple ski resorts!

Keystone Getaway

The property was a bit dated but clean. The upstairs neighbors were loud. I don’t think we would stay at this property again. The property managers were very helpful. This property just wasn’t a good fit for us.

Wonderful Spot in Keystone

Check in was confusing. Would much rather have a door code and avoid the in town drive for key pick up. Loved the location and there were plenty of beds for sleeping 8. We just had 6 but didn’t need the pull out bed under the bunks or the couch pull out. Kitchen was OK, could use a new stovetop and better non-stick pans for breakfast cooking. Loved the shuttle service to the mountain. Loved the hot tub but it was broken 1 of our 3 nights. Would go back again because it was affordable.

Camera trick. Not as clean as pictures shows. Flush did not work properly and stovetop not working. Dirty old carpet and porch all dirty not ready to sit down outside and relax. I understand that you can call in and complain but you do not want to waste time on calling and complaining while on vacation with family.

Flying Dutchman 1194 good location several issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very conveniently located within 5 minutes of the ski lifts and had a new refrigerator with ice maker and new microwave. The overall cleanliness was really good and there was an ample amount of bedding in all three bedrooms, a beginning stock of toilet paper and paper towels, seasonings and cling wrap, as well as a playpen, lots of games and even a toy rideable car that our 10 month old absolutely loved. There were several downsides to he condo starting with the extremely loud upstairs condo that sounded like people bowling and rollerblading until 4 am and the number on the refrigerator sign and on the website that we were told to call to Keystone security resulted in that company saying the unit was not covered by them so we needed to call the police! After 2 nights of no sleep for the baby, we made a visit to the upstairs to ask them to keep it down, which only helped for about 2 hours. We were told there were no other accommodations to move to, so we just had to stay there or find somewhere else on our own with no refund. The overall appearance of the condo was very worn and there were several areas that needed to be repaired or replaced including the unstable toilet that continuously ran water, the leaking sink faucet, and shower head in the guest bathroom, broken tiles around the fireplace, dented and noisy floor heating, rusted and broken pots and pans, storage containers with no lids, and the non drying dryer in the coin/cc laundry room in the building that cost $2 a cycle to use but took 3 cycles to dry the 2 dish towel and 4 small bath towels provided for up to 10 people for 6 days! The Summit County MR company had a great webpage and app and sent a great amount of emails explaining general info but the staff was not trained to answer questions and had to contact someone else to try to find out what we needed to do or if there would be any sort of a discount (which there wasn’t)since we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency

The staff helped us with our reservation, check in and out was easy, and the accomodations were as advertised. Our only issue on the front end is we did not see the initial confirmation emails that were arriving over the weekend and had to rebook a different unit than our original choice. However, SCMR did get us in to a very similar unit.

We had a very nice stay, it was very clean. But the oven didn’t work the best. The faucets all leaked and two doors are really banged up. Overall we had a very nice and comfortable stay. The pool is also amazing.

The check in process was a pain. Keys should be collecting sight rather than having to negotiate the off sight process. The property was adequate but the TVs didn’t work and appliances are old and tired. Location is great. Hot tub was out of order. And no clothes washer and dryer. Hair dryer in guest bath doesn’t work. Only one clothes washer for the entire property!

Condo is not new but was comfortable for a family of four and two grandparents. Nice to be able to prepare meals and relax. Purchase food in Dillon. Complex has pool and hot tub but be sure to check they are open. Would definitely enjoy revisiting.

Weekend snowboarding trip

Great little spot with shuttle access, make sure to review the lines if you don’t want to take 2 buses home. Wish the hot rubbed worked while we were there.

Great Place

We stayed here for a 4 day ski vacation. Check in-out information clearly provided. Nice place, clean, kitchen had utensils for us to cook a couple modest meals. Used the Bus shuttle for transportation to and from lift areas. Really enjoyed it

Family Vacay to the mountains

We had a wonderful time and stay at the Flying Dutchman 1194. It was in a centralized location to all the activities we did while we stayed there. And the amenities were top 10. My only complaint was the neighbors above us. It literally sounded like they were moving furniture all night long. With kids ranging in age from 10months-9 yrs old, it was hard to get them asleep at night.
