「Great staff, the houskeepers, front desk staff all do an exellent job in maintaining the property. Of special note are 2 of the front desk personnel , Shermine and lydia. I always love staying here when I ski Summit and Eagle counties.」

「There was food crumbs under the bed. The pillows are not at all comfortable. The room's sliding glass door handle was loose, and the glass door would not lock - thankfully there was a door security bar for use. The hot tub was almost too hot, and the pool almost too cold. The morning breakfast menu offered several options.」

「It was a great hotel. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Only Complaint would be parking, guest shouldn’t have to pay for parking to stay at a hotel They’ve already paid the nights for my opinion.」
