"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

Our room was spacious and lovely and we even got upgraded for the extra night we decided to stay to one of the beautiful villas. The staff is really the highlight. "Great, attentive staff. They provided excellent customer service. They surprised my partner with a bottle of wine on his birthday. The room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. It's in a great location, close to all of the popular restaurants and bars (as seen on tiktok), and it's only a few minutes walk away from the beach. I will definitely stay here again"

"This is a fabulous 5* gem, and we had a great time. Positives: Stunning hotel, extremely cleanl, lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and showers, lovely happy friendly staff. A hotel with great ambience, luxury all neatly bundled up into a lovely package and we'll be back again soon. Also so quiet, even though the hotel was not empty. Negatives - 5 restaurants, unchanging menu, even in the main buffet restaurant, so choices were lacking by the end. Rooms were not serviced if you missed the early morning rounds. Having returned to our rooms in the afternoon/evening, our room would not have been cleaned - this didn't phase us that much. Overall: We visited end of September (after school holiday period) when the weather was turned cooler and windier. The pool was too cold to enjoy and was avoided by most guests. A regulated pool would be much better. Same for the bedroom pools - we didnt use ours as the water was on par to having an ice-dip. This was the same for many of the other rooms we could see."
