Tastefully updated, quiet location, super clean and bright, coffee pot, tea kettle, comfy beds and seating, clean appliances… Booked a two night get away and truly enjoyed our time at the condo/villa. The listing pictures accurately represent the unit. I am SUPER picky about bedrooms (linens) and bathrooms. The unit was spotless and (thankfully) had cotton sheets. “This property is awesome! Our family of three loved the location, just steps from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking around the property on all of the paths. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out that our 15 year old slept on. Towels and sheets were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs.”

Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.”

“Clean, everything you need for a Kiawah vacation. As represented on VRBO. Easy walk to beach. Spacious, high ceilings with noone above you helps. Can see and hear ocean from master BR, one window in front room, and side/back porch. Walkable to Kiawah Resort convenience store / cafe. 10 minutes to Freshfields, with decent Harris Teeter grocery. Other than high-end resort restaurants, a few restaurants at Freshfields, and Salty Dog (recommend), not close to restaurants. Not a significant issue. 3……

“This property worked out great for us. Our basketball loving 13yo son was able to walk a few minutes to the basketball courts at Night Heron Park. The beach was about a 10 min walk, but since we visited in March, we weren't beaching with a bunch of stuff, so the walk was no problem.
