Could have done a bit more to get a 5 like have beach chairs or beach towels, go above and beyond type thing. Overall great place to stay though and you cannot beat the location, in my opinion, if you are looking for a relaxing beach experience!

Perfect 4 min walk to the beach! Close to shopping and other island amenities. There were a few issues with the photos on the original listing not being accurate. This rental does not have a bathtub only walk in shower. Most of the doors do not perfectly shut all the way such as the laundry closet door and the bedroom closet door. Also no blinds or curtains on the back porch which is exposed to the outside lighting and public roads/bike path. We enjoy staying on the first floor.

This is our first time in Kiawah Island and really enjoyed the property. Location is great, quiet area, short walking distance from the beach and short drive from the village (grocery store, restaurants, shops). Easy to pull a wagon with all the beach gear from condo to the beach. Couldn't see the beach from the property, but not an issue for us. Condo was clean and kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, pans, etc... Good communication with the property manager - always was able to get a hold of a person via call or text and they answered my questions promptly. Couple things I'd mention that were not issue for us but could help others looking at this property: -Property doesn't come with any beach chairs or umbrellas - we brought our own. -Everything worked in the condo except doors in bedroom and bathroom didn't lock.

This property is very quaint and quiet. It's perfect for beach-goers as it's just a few seconds walk away. Beautiful patio that overlooks a forest area with regular visits by a family of deer.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. It was very clean, pleasantly decorated, and mostly well-kept. I enjoyed having coffee in the screened in patio, where I saw deer one morning. There is ample parking — you receive a pass emailed just before you’re trip — and the grocery and restaurants are just a short drive away through curvy, shaded, landscaped drives past salt marshes full of wildlife. The only reason I give this home four stars is that there are some small imperfections — cracked tiles from being laid over an uneven subfloor (I assume), a cabinet door that is too big such that it opens onto the soffit, one ripped screen. If you don’t mind tiny imperfections (and I don’t — I would stay here again), this is a relatively small complex, meaning that you aren’t fighting for a little privacy on the beach with 5000 other people in a high-rise condo complex. The grounds are quiet, peaceful and convenient. Recycling, garbage and bike ramps are just across the small lot in front of this home. One walks across a small shaded parking lot, down the sidewalk to the boardwalk over the dunes, and the beach is just a few steps away. I can’t say enough about this beach — wide, flat and nicely packed so you can ride your bike on it from end to end of the island. Gorgeous! The entire island is beautiful maintained — no litter, moss-draped oaks and gorgeous flowers and foliage. I was very comfortable, safe and at peace here. I’m looking forward to a return trip!

A great condo very close to the beach. Everything you need is there. Beautiful area. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet, secluded, unspoiled, almost deserted beach near all the amenities that Charleston has to offer. Would definitely like to plan another trip there. Mark R.

This is a lovely condo. Loved eating in the enclosed porch..we ate breakfast out there every morning. It is such an easy walk to the beach. Perfect location. And this condo was spotless clean which is so important. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend . Thank you for a lovely home to vacation in.

Great place if you're looking at more of a beach oriented stay. Really nice and convenient location to the beach, just a minute walk to the boardwalk! If you're looking at more of a "Charleston visit", it is a bit of a drive, so plan ahead so you can spend the day there before driving back. But overall great experience and perfect little place for our quick family trip!
