“We had an amazing stay in this cottage. We arrived a little early and our host let us check in upon arrival because the cottage was ready. She provided great communication from booking to check out. The property was exactly what is shown in the listing and was extremely clean! We were 1 block to 3rd street, offering many shops and restaurant options that you could walk to. The beach is 2 blocks away and beautiful! the sunsets were amazing! The cottage was better equipped then most we have stayed……

“We are a group of 40 - 50 year old friends who get together every year for a beach getaway. This property was PERFECT for our group. Super clean, well stocked and excellent location. The size of the home was great to give everyone some space and allow those who like to turn in early or rise early to do so with out bothering others. Stairs to and from the pool area could be an issue for some, but we had no problems. Will book again for sure. ”

“The house was beautifully decorated. It was really convenient to be able to bring the luggage in directly from our car into a bedroom. Great planning !! The beds were very comfortable and it was in a quiet neighborhood- so conducive to a good night sleep. We were greeted by towel animals on the beds - great fun for the kids.”

There was a 24/7 hum from a large generator at a construction site across the street but the owner extended a discount to compensate for any detractor. I’m so happy that we discovered this gem and hope to come back soon. ”
