Beautiful View

The property was very clean and very well appointed. It had everything you might need. The public areas are very nice too. I wish the pool stayed open later for an after dinner swim.

Maui home away from home.

This property was in excellent condition in every way. The kitchen had every thing we possibly could want. The rooms were very well kept and in great condition. Everything from the quality of the linens, mattresses, and furnishings were lovely and perfect. Thank you very much for a memorable stay.

Great unit

We always love coming to wbv and this unit was as good as all the others we’ve stayed in. Great beach staff and well stocked home. My literal only complaint is that the tiki torches came on too early and went off too early.

Magical & Perfect

This was the most amazing experience and stay (5-stars)!! The property management team was so communicative, responsive, and prepared for us. They were so sweet & thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, they were so helpful throughout our stay. The penthouse was gorgeous, perfect location, amenities, and everything we could have asked for (+ more). We will definitely be coming again!! We can't thank them enough for such a wonderful trip.

Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved this property and villa. It’s perfectly located right next to many luxury resorts so you can enjoy those properties for meals and drinks but what we loved about WBV was that we could enjoy the adult pool area and ocean views in a relaxed and quiet enclave away from the chaos of a large resort pool. This property is ideal for couples and families with adult children like ours. The kids pool is located up closer to the lobby and is very nice but doesn’t have an ocean view and is much more removed from the beach. The villa itself was outstanding and very well stocked. We enjoyed eating in when we did. The Shops at Wailea are right across the street so that was very convenient too. The concierge was very helpful in booking activities for us and giving us recommendations of things to do and places to eat. All in all it was the perfect trip and we look forward to going back!

The perfect place on Wailea!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really cannot say enough about how fantastic this place was, and we plan to return! Every detail was as described, and if anything it was better than we expected. We were met in the front drive by Alison, who greeted us with leis and gave us a very helpful tour of the property. There were snacks set out in the kitchen, the groceries we had pre-ordered and had delivered to the condo were put away, and there were even fresh flowers on the countertop in the kitchen! After a long day of travel, it was lovely to be welcomed with such style and hospitality. The unit itself was spotless and well maintained, and with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a foldout couch, we had more than enough room for our family of four. I was especially impressed with the thought put into stocking the kitchen - no detail was forgotten. I have stayed in many rentals that have old pots and pans, dull knives, and not enough utensils to allow you to really cook. This was truly a fully stocked kitchen, with everything from a blender to a Crock Pot, and even a very thorough set of spices in the pantry! We prepared two meals a day in the kitchen and even grilled out on the deck and we had everything we needed.We scheduled housekeeping a couple of times during our stay and were also very pleased with that, and being able to do laundry in the condo was very helpful traveling as a family.The unit is a short walk down to the beach and the adult pool, and very close to the family pool. The property is beautifully maintained and very peaceful. We have visited Maui several times and have found that we do not enjoy the loud, overcrowded resort pools. The pool at Wailea Beach Villas is so relaxing and calm, with a perfect view and the ocean just a few steps away. You cannot beat this location - it is very convenient to be able to cross the street to the Shops at Wailea, and on the beach side you can just step right out and go on a beautiful sunset walk every night. Nice getaway

Paradise found

My wife and I travel extensively and always make sure we get to Maui at least once a year. We have stayed at this complex before and love its location in Wailea, close to the beach trail and Wailea shops. We were excited to see this unit come available. It is beautifully furnished, everything you would ever need for an extended stay is at your fingertips, and its location provides for beautiful views including evening sunsets over the pacific. The property managers were excellent and immediately took care of any needs we had. Can't wait to return.
