It was also really nice to walk out to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets. The resort location was close to almost everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and functional with a great view from the lanai.”

“This is the perfect stay for your Kauai vacation. The room was more spacious than the photos give credit too and the fridge was perfect for storing water and cold beverages. This room is clean and carefully appointed and the Outrigger property is lovingly maintained and met all of our expectations and then some. “This resort is perfect for people wanting a central location to explore the island. 30 minutes to drive to both the North and south shores. The resort is clean and has everything needed to relax and stay put as well- several pools, 3 restaurants and sits on miles of walkable beachfront. All of the resort staff was so friendly and helpful. The host was spectacular with timely communication and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll definitely be back!”

“The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is a room at a resort with two queen beds just as described, although I felt it was roomier than I expected. The check in was easy with someone at the front desk 24/7, a concierge to help plan outings, a restaurant, several pools (water not heater, but this didn’t bother the kids) and a beach to see sunrises/sunsets from. The lanai faces a greenbelt so there is privacy and the location is such that you can see the water.……

“The unit and grounds were lovely, with hot tubs, pools, and secluded beaches. The room was very comfortable and it’s patio had a nice view of the pool areas. The listing did not include the $35/day parking fee information.”

“Neighborhood was extremely quiet(something I am not used to). Poi pu beach estates. Walking distance to beach, restaurant. We rented a car and navigation of the area was simple. Close to many restaurants, store and shops. We would visit this area again.”

“This was one of the best spots on the island to stay in my opinion. We woke up every morning to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise. The pools and grounds were beautiful. The location is close to most of the activities we did on the island. My only complaint was the noisy bullfrog in the pond outside. I would definitely stay here again!”

The beach is wonderful for walking but not recommended for swimming due to the coral. If you’re looking for a beautiful location in a relaxing and quiet environment, for a reasonable price, this is a good option. “This was absolutely a great stay! The location of this condo was incredibly convenient for all the things we had planned for our honeymoon! And the owner of this property was super informative of all property details. Along with the resort provided towels this owner had extra towels handy since the resort doesn’t provide towel service to privately owned condos so that what a HUGE plus!
