“Really enjoyed our stay. The character in the bar/restaurant of this old ferry house building was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ronebhlal B&B. The host was very nice and helpful with questions. The room was perfect. A big window with a perfect view of the bay. Super clean and very new and updated with great treats awaiting weary travelers. We loved it!”

“Outstanding property, superb service, best breakfast!!!”

“Our stay at Glencruitten House was lovely. However, for the price there are a few things that did not exactly meet expectations. First, upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink to enjoy in the sitting room, which was very nice. But there was no direction for what we should do after. We were not offered assistance with bags at check-in, so we went to fetch our own bags after we finished our drinks. When we lugged in our bags we were told “oh someone could have helped you with that”. It was……

“Staff service was excellent. Good was amazing. Some noise at night due to creeky floorboards above. Room was lovely with nice touches eg water and biscuits.”

“Such a lovely property with an even lovelier couple running it. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Oban.”

“The house was out of the hustle and bustle, but just a short walk away from town. It was nice and toasty with plenty of space in the room.”

“Small rooms and I did not know how to get some cool air into the space. Great management. Great bar in the place with incredible music. Works for a night. Would be hard for me to make it work longer.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Perle Oban Hotel & Spa! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and pubs. We especially loved watching the fishing boats and ferries coming and going in the harbor. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel was a wonderful home base for exploring Oban. We would happily stay here again!”

“The room itself was okay for 2 nights. But it was the time of the heatwave, and I could only open the window literally one inch, so it was suffocating to stay there. Luckily, the housekeeper got me a fan that helped, but I hope they adjust it so it can be opened to at least 3-4 inches which is the standard safety gap.”

“Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen. The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, large and had everything needed. The bathroom was small but adequate, the linens were large and fluffy. The breakfast, which was extra, we felt was good for the price paid. And consisted of cold items and a menu of hot items.”
