"We felt immediately at home in this lovely secluded little apartment with its own front door, ample private parking, the big sittingroom window looking over quiet wooded grounds. "You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. "Great location with fantastic views over the water. Really clean and modern apartment with plenty of space and everything you'd need. All facilities excellent, from beds to bathrooms. Garage downstairs is handy (silver key fob controls the door, and it's the one on the far left as you face the building). Key collection was easy and Peter was really helpful and quick on communication. We hope to be back. PS. Excellent takeaway from the Taj Mahal about half a mile down the road."

"We stayed for three nights as a family with a young baby. The apartment had everything we could have possibly needed, and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, spacious and had the most incredible views where we could sit and watch the ferry. We definitely hope to stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying in an old post office. The accommodation is comfortable & has everything you need. Steve, the host, who met us at the property was very friendly & helpful. For us the best part was the view of Loch Long & watching the boats come & go. We were lucky as the puffer boat moored up at the pier & we got to go aboard to have a look around. Highly recommend. "
