「Easy check in」

「外面路上homeless 太多」

「clean and tidy, mattress a bit soft」

「The hotel is perfect. Especially the reception at night. I arrived around mid-night. the person who works in the reception is extremely polite. Still introduce me where I can get some food outside and drink inside the lobby. Brings me a very good impression of Canadian. Thanks a lot.」

「Perfect stay in Calgary 」

「This hotel had a great rooftop restaurant. I had both dinner and the included breakfast there. Fantastic views for all meals. There are laundry facilities on each floor. So handy when on a long journey and finding a way to clean clothes become a chore. Great location to the River Walk. Started my morning walks every morning there. Rom was clean a spacious. The TV cable connection was a bit buggy.」

「Loved it」

「Good sized and clean room but corridors were dirty as food scraps were left overnight without anyone dealing with it or doing walkthroughs. Somewhat noisy for rooms positioned near on-floor facilities such as vending machines. A decent gym and pool.」

「整體清潔好」

「早餐很棒！有熟食，而不是都是麵包」

「早餐一般，沒有讓我們覺得很美味。房間偏小，要全開行李箱困難😓」

「The elevator suddenly dropped and left us stuck inside, but the emergency call button went unanswered and staff were unhelpful. The ceiling was leaking, no compensation was offered, and trolleys for moving in and out were unavailable. Very disappointing experience with serious safety concerns and poor service.」

「吹風機好像有點問題，風小也沒熱風。水也是一樣問題，其他都很好。」
