“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”

“We attended my Nephew's wedding and had an overnight stay. Everything was absolutely lovely and the staff were all brilliant including the Manager who enquired numerous times if things were ok. The hotel itself is stunning with lots of period features and the grounds are beautiful. I would definitely love to stay there again. ”

“Room was a little warm but otherwise it was a beautiful sized room! And fab working tv. Shower fab too although the shower gel was empty. Dog was happy in the room too and absolutely loved the ball and treats you gave her on arrival!”

“The staff at this hotel couldn’t have been more friendly, we stayed here for 2 nights having visiting for Michael McIntyre show, for the price I paid there was everything you could want tea, coffee, ect, towels, the bed was very comfy I slept really well the staff went above and beyond for us the next morning we didn’t prebook breakfast but decided we would have it on the Saturday, being on a specific diet the staff couldn’t have done more for us to make sure we ate what we could, we will……
