I was initially able to book and pay for an early check-in, only to later be told it was “too early” and that I would be reimbursed. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my refund. To make things more inconvenient, I had to rebook early check-in the day before arrival through a completely different link. “Highly recommended. Manager Sarah was extremely helpful and responds quickly to any queries. Spacious, well equipped apartment located very close to the free shuttle service. ”

“The host was excellent at answering all questions promptly. However, had the binder had greater detail some of the texts might have been eliminated. It was lovely and we all enjoyed it very much. It would have been more enjoyable/comfortable had all the fireplaces that were advertised been in working order.The lower level tv area was very chilly.”
