"Everything was decent in the hotel from food offering to cleanliness"

"The staff were very good and informative. We had a lovely room that over looked the Bosphorus and the pool. It is set in a nice location, near all the sites in the Old City. Would recommend the hotel. The waitresses and waiters were very good and spoke good English, especially Tugba."

"The hotel will not offer a credit or voucher for missed check in with a valid reason. Don’t expect a quick email response on the weekend neither. It took three days for a response to my email. There is a non refundable policy which is not spoken about or given at time of booking…be aware! "
