「The apartment was tired but clean. A little disappointing when we first arrived but then you settle in and forget the little things It was only an 8 mins walk from Crown Heights - Utica subway which gave easy access to Manhattan. There were plenty of food stores nearby to set us up for the day Plenty of pots and pans for cooking but limited on cups/mugs and the table is small especially when you could sleep 11.The same could be said for the lounge, you can sit 5 young kids but not much more.That...

「We were dismayed when we arrived and the place isn't as nice as the photos suggest (some nice furniture was gone). One of the beds had soiled sheets on it and was dirty on the floor around it. The property manager sent a cleaner over two days later, but that person who needed to stay in that bed had to find other accommodations. When we asked for the manager to cover the hotel costs for our one guest, they refused.There were other small issues with the house like the front door locks, kitchen...

However they could use a few updated pans for making eggs and such, the pans were beat up and who knows what kind of toxic gunk is coming from them.. the coffee maker and toaster could also use an upgrade (its only a fere 100 to have brand new ones). Except for that the place was really great and there were plenty of everything else in great condition.. dishes, towels, etc.. and even with the funky pans and such we would stay here again but with those simple upgrades...
