"First off, it's a beautiful hotel—very new, modern, and stylish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to offer recommendations. The room design was an A+. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the room. When I checked in, I found a visible stain on the undersheet. Always check! To their credit, the housekeeping manager responded quickly and changed the bedding. I also noticed a slight damp smell in the room and pillows, although I'm not sure what the cause was. I didn't raise the second issue because I was on a tight schedule and didn't want to risk another room or bedding change after already dealing with the first problem. I also had my own pillow, so I decided to let it go. Overall, it's a genuinely beautiful hotel with excellent staff, but the housekeeping needs to be more thorough, as these issues took away from what would otherwise have been an excellent stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! One major perk for us (traveling by car) was the garage parking and the ability to park the car earlier than check in and keep it a little later after check out, that was so helpful to us! We also loved the included breakfast (something for everyone) and felt like we had what we needed in our room, though we did find the shared twin bed to be extra small for two people to share, even by the expected Japan standards. Overall, the convenience of the location (proximity to train stations/tranquil neighborhood/familymart within 2min walk/on-site parking) made this a win for us and a place we’d come back to again on a visit to Kyoto!"

"Love this hotels proximity to station, attractions and amenities. Self check in/out was very efficient. Self service Luggage storage was very easy and appreciated. Overall very positive experience with this hotel chain, will look toward to our next stay in this groups properties."

"Excellent service for everything! Enjoyed dining and professional service attended to the hotel guests. Located across from Nara Park where deer were freely roaming. I often saw a deer family walking around in the property, too. Highly recommend this hotel to experience a quiet and courteous nights."

"This was the best hotel experience we had in Japan!! The amenities were top level. The room was spacious with a great views of the Osaka region. The staff members were incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and worth every Yen. We greatly appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was connected to the Hirakata Mall and the Hirakatashi Station. This was very helpful for easy meals and access to trains. Thank you for a great stay! We wish to return!"
