The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is also amazing and if I need anything they are accommodating. Thank you, IHG for making a difficult time in my life a little easier, knowing that I can rely on your facility to not just be safe, but to be kind as well. I will stay here, any chance I can while I am in Loveland Colorado. I only wish that this...

「The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. 」
