“To be honest guys, we never stayed at this place. We were going to and had a change of plans. I would like you to know that Matt is a heck of a guy. We cancelled last minute. Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount. Not many people do such things in today’s world. Thank you to Matt and his team. ”

“Room was idea: mountain view from veranda, just large enough kitchen, excellent restaurant, Friday evening muscicans, outdoor heated pool and hottub, and convenient WiFi everywhere. I'm not an unreasonable person at all, just want what's fair. I couldn't even upload all the nasty pictures of the bedding that I have. All the bedding/pillows were covered in dog hair (as well as the spare bedding in the closet) & the back door wouldn't lock. I had to rent a hotel in a different city for the weekend. Nobody responded to fix the……
