“Das Essen und der Service sind gut. Auch der kleine Kuchen zum Geburtstag fand ich toll. Kids Club und Family Spa sind ebenfalls sehr schön und ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Was uns allerdings gestört hat, ist das Wassersystem. Das ist für Kinder gefährlich und auch für Erwachsene sehr nervig vor allem beim duschen. Das es sowas überhaupt noch gibt wundert mich. Des weiteren finde ich 30€ Parkgebühr pro Tag völlig überzogen. Wir haben bisher in keinem vergleichbaren Hotel in Tirol eine……

“My room was clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The spa was wonderful and the Mountain view made the whole trip worth it. Breath taking views from the balcony and the cleanest most crisp air I’ve ever breathed. ”

“The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference.
We would have gladly given this hotel a full five……
