"Loved that the room size was a bit more spacious, freshly washed pajamas were provided every night and complimentary bottles of water, slippers and other amenities. Very convenient to have a convenience and drug store under the building. Loved the coin washer and dryer in building. Located close to many shopping and attractions."

"Very nice and clean hotel, you get the feeling of a luxury hotel from the moment you walk through the doors. Staff were all very kind and friendly. The room is very clean and has ample space overall - there were only a few hangers for your clothes but that wasn't much of an issue for us. We loved that we were within walking distance to Dotonbori as well as many other attractions. Entry to the train station is just outside the hotel as well which was very convenient. We will definitely be looking to stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka again next time we are back!"

"Genuinely luxurious. Staff went above and beyond, the room was perfect, and the rooftop bar was an unexpected bonus that turned out to be one of the best parts of the stay, really busy and buzzing. Great great experience. Best hotel of the trip if you're not counting the ryokan, which is in a completely different league."

"The Royal Palace Cavas Osaka is a great choice if you want a stylish, well-maintained hotel right in the heart of the action. The design is modern and beautiful — everything feels fresh and thoughtfully put together. Staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the stay, which always makes a difference. The location is the standout: right next to the train station, which makes exploring Osaka (and day trips) incredibly easy. Breakfast is on the pricier side, but the variety is huge and the convenience factor is hard to argue with when you’re trying to maximize your day. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the entertainment district of Namba and within easy walking distance to Dotonbori. There are numerous great restaurants and bars close by and Namba walk with all its shopping is approx 50 metres from the hotel. You can easily walk from Namba Station via the underground walkway which makes it very convenient depending on weather. The hotel has complimentary laundry facilities and the guest lounge is great with complimentary alcohol and snacks. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a variety of food options but at 3,600 yen per person there are cheaper options nearby."
