"Amazing apartment with all modern amenities - a full kitchen, large fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was vast and incredibly comfortable. The apartment was pristinely clean and quiet. I asked for a room with a view of the Petronas Towers and was given room 50-11 which had a fantastic view. There are 2 pools (one on the rooftop & a large one on the 6th floor). Both were really clean and well maintained. The foyer was quite busy at times but the staff were very efficient and the checking in & out process was easy. It is a very modern part of town with lots of high-rise buildings and not much local culture, but other than that, I would stay here again and would recommend it highly."

I had submitted a few requests in advance of my stay, including arranging a bouquet of flowers to be placed in the room prior to check-in, but did not receive any response. This lack of reply affected my overall experience and expectations for the stay."
