"I had an amazing stay – the facility was great, clean, very spacious and the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I wish I could’ve stayed for breakfast but had no time.but what really made this stay great was “Lena Haustein ( very hospitable and friendly) and Marc Steir at reception, both these staff deserve a big raise. Das personal an der Anmeldung könnte freundlicher sein. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist dagegen super nett und erfüllt nahezu jeden wunsch. "
