「Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid
Hotels,com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...

「Lovely new apartments. Quiet and a good view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms lovely and the kitchen well equipped.
The need for key fobs to go thru every door was somewhat tiresome and a bit surreal. The concierge who carry out the check in for these apartments were helpful. I was somewhat disappointed as there was no hairdryer in the apartment. After a long hold on the phone I was told the housekeeper would bring one Saturday morning (we were going to a wedding) but it never materialised....

「The tv had no channels on it and wouldn’t connect to the internet so was useless. The guest next door we’re playing loud music way past 11 pm out on the balcony.」
