“We had a great time in the Decca- the former radio navigation station in the very northwest of the Isle of Lewis. It is just some steps of the Butt of Lewis, where there is an amazing landscape with a lot of beautiful sheep.”

“This was a comfortable, roomy cottage. We used it as a home base for exploring the Isles of Harris and Lewis. The owners were friendly and very responsive. This is still one of the spots we rave about after our trip. There is a great little coffee/tea/shop just at the end of the drive with a friendly proprietor and even friendlier doggo. ”

“The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures, it was airy, clean and spacious with lots of room for the whole group to get together but plenty of quieter space for some 'me time'. We already know the island and have lots of family there and Jan and Callum offered to come and extend our table if they were coming over, asked where we needed safety gates and provided top class toddler safe equipment. The weather was great so we made very good use of the local.beaches and garden too. Great……

Not only was it beautifully cosy and spotlessly clean there was everything you could think left for our use in this lovely cottage. Ranging from a selection of coffee syrups & fab coffee machine to bubble bath, shampoo and conditioner. We felt straight at home and had a wonderful night’s sleep – so sad to leave the next morning for our onward travels. Thank you so much for all the thought you have put……
