“Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of traffic noise/cool air coming in from around the window frames but considering that it's in a service area on the M25, the noise reduction wasnt bad. Food obtained from the services opposite but you can buy a few small bits from the reception which can be useful”

“Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable Sash cord was broken on window and one of the lights in the bathroom needed a replacement bulb. Tv=V reception was appalling I suggested that there was a notice warning occupants that the tap into the basin should be turned on slowly to avoid a torrent of water hitting clothes”

“The food was excellent and staff were helpful.The only thing was the parking which was quite tight. The room was nice and clean .”

“Perfect one night get away. We had a throughly awesome stay in this beautiful hotel. We didn’t have dinner here as had plans in westerham but the super staff were so helpful and attentive when we arrived and ensured us we would be able to get into the hotel even if the restaurant door was closed. We returned from our evening in westerham to the door being closed but a rear door accessing the hotel part of the building. A quiet relaxing sleep in our suite was perfect end to our evening.……

“Warm welcome on arrival,quick check in and shown to our room. Property is a bit of a maze so the assistance was appreciated Room was compact but looked very fresh & clean. Quality toiletries and refreshments. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Only gripe is the slightly awkward shower controls, which ca9be reached unless you are standing in the shower or have exceptionally long arms”
