「The room was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with the building. I did not feel the area was really very safe for walking to some of the nearby breweries and restaurants. However, it was not a big deal for me to drive to those places.」

「This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!」

「The unit was very nicely decorated, very new and modern. Sufficient amenities. Especially on a busy TN home game weekend, having covered parking next door at Crowne Plaza was very nice, however, the process to park somewhere temporarily in order to unload car and get badges for parking wasn’t clear in the checkin instructions. Other than that, it was perfect and we will definitely plan to stay here again while visiting daughter @ UTK!」
