“We have stayed here a lot when coming to Tennessee. The cleanliness is on spot . Breakfast every morning in lobby . Friendly staff . They have pool and kids wading pool is awesome . The only thing I haven't seen for smokers is a designated area to smoke. I would like to see one in the future with some type of roof where the guests don't get drenched in the rain . And it would be away from others that doesn't smoke . I respect they don't want to be around it . ”

“All around great stay and kind staff very respectful and reasonable price would refer anyone looking for a good hotel it is a 4-5 star hotel I was referred by 4 friends and they also had a great vacation ”

“Close to venue”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament with our daughter and her team. The hotel was a quick 2 min walk to the convention center. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet started early at 6a so the the team had time to eat before walking to the convention center. many negative comments about the traffic noise but we always travel with a white noise machine so we had no issues with noise. we had a great stay! ”

“This is a nice, clean, basic travel hotel, just what we needed for one night. There were two issues. I had a terrible time breathing when I was in the room. I didn't realize it until the next morning, It got worse as the night went on, but breathing improved when I left the room. I assume the filter in the heat/a-c unit had not been cleaned. When I told the desk clerk at check-out he thanked me for letting me know, made a note and said he would take care of it. The second thing was the pool.……

“The valet was very helpful when our windshield shattered. Safelite was given directions to where our car was. Lobby personnel were gracious and friendly. The daily wine hour provided a beautiful scene of the city. Food was delicious!!”

“This was a wonderful stay for our family! The room was very clean. There were nice cookies laid out When we walked in. The breakfast was excellent. Included hot items such as omelets, biscuits and gravy Sausage, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful.”
