“This property was very convenient for our daughter’s wedding. Also, close to restaurants, downtown and grocery store. House was very clean and beds very comfortable. Kids loved all the games provided. Would definitely recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the yellow tea cup cottage. The horses surrounding the property were a huge hit for our kids, lots of space for our dog to run, and the sounds of chickens next door was perfect. The house is well appointed/decorated and provides everything you need - bathroom products, plenty of cleaning supplies, and fully stocked kitchen. Only downside was it’s not close to any conveniences (grocery store, etc) and it’s on the flight path. But for us, it was totally worth it!”

The host was responsive to my questions and helped with some minor needs I had when I first checked in. The location makes it very easy to get into downtown or the university. Area was quiet and safe.”

“This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint.”

“This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. Also there was a pacifier in the hall floor and a tank top on the floor in back bedroom. Not sure the cleaning people did a thorough job cleaning. Front bedroom Comforter was……

“Awesome property and great stay for our family whilst visiting family. Lots of space inside to roam; sunroom & toys for kiddos were thoroughly enjoyed! Check i/o was a breeze, very responsive hosts, safe neighborhood, large backyard nice to stretch legs & ramble with kids before dinner. We would stay again and definitely recommend!”

I messaged them and let them know that was an amenity we were planning to use and at some point chairs were delivered! I Would definitely stay in another one of their properties.
