「酒店在宁静的大海边，有一个非常好的私人海滩，让你在涨潮中享受到大海的波涛冲击。酒店有三个不错的餐厅，泰国菜餐厅的菜让你永远也会忘记！餐厅在半山，有优美的风景、有泰国的美品…当然，另外两个餐厅也不错。酒店需要改善的是，从普吉岛去PP岛的船程。我建议多增加几趟，船程太少，下了飞机坐公共船真的不方便。」

「Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...

「The location was a bit far away from the pier. It took around 30 mins to travel. There was not much restaurant nearby so you may only dine in inside the hotel but the food tasted good. It will be better if you could drive motorbike so that you can go out at anytime you want also at cheaper price. The room was nice and the environment of the hotel was great with the beach and view. Staff of the reception spoke better English than those of the restaurant.」

「This was our 3rd time in Ao Nang but 1st time staying at Songbird. From the initial booking until we left communication and information was fantastic. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, not to close to the main strips so much quieter but everything within 20 min walking distance or a quick grab/tuk tuk. At the end of the lane is a mini mart, laundrette, barber and motorbike rental as well as some street food vendors. Apartment is furnished as required with feisge freezer,...
