"Before arrived, i texted the hotel to arrange transport, very convenient and price to airport 600THB. Van super comfy and not sharing. At check in, receptionist brief about hotel and escort to our room. They decorated the room as per request with no extra charges. Borrowed their adapter as I forgot to bring mine, no charges as well. "The hotel was in much worse condition than the pictures make it out to be. The rooms had multiple things broken, including the refridgerator which had a puddle of water inside and the bathroom sink which literally fell apart multiple times even when they said they'd fix it. The rooms were also very dirty, there was a thick layer of dust/lint on top if the tile, stained towels, old soaps left in the shower, and mold/mildew in all the tiles. "Within walking distance to everything you need in Ao Nang. Lovely rooms with balcony looking over the sea and sunsets were great. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. "
