「第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。」

We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night. 「Værelset var rigtig fint. Det var tydeligt præg af at være nybygget. Rigtig fin indretning og rare senge. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Rigtig lækkert poolområde, dog blev der den ene dag spillet noget høj musik fra baren midt på dagen. Beliggenheden er lidt fra det centrale Ao Nang, men der kan nemt findes transportmuligheder via fx Grab lift. Det eneste ærgerlige var at vi skulle skifte værelse under vores to nætters ophold. Der havde ingen varsling været for dette, men personalet...

「My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...
