“Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! Also came with a washing machine which was easy to use and worked well. Very good value for what we got and it was so close to……

“The room is really clean and equipped with microware, washer and dryer and stove. It is like living at home. The location is very convenient between 2 metro stations and food and shops are with 3 mins walk. Staff is very well communicated. The one bedroom design is great for family staying. Will definitely repeated when coming back to Japan again.”

“the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Q-Rooms Harajuku! The location truly could not be better; everything was so convenient, yet the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness and attention to detail were above and beyond. The hosts provided everything we could possibly need, including shower and bath amenities, a washing machine, detergent, clothes hangers for drying laundry, Japanese snacks and tea, coffee, and bottled water in the refrigerator. It felt like true Japanese itareri tsukuseri……

“This was a good location and it was nice that it slept all six of us, but it was quite a bit smaller than the pictures make it appear. It was also more dated than the pictures look. There is also a lot of street noise at night if you are a light sleeper.”

“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit……
