“Quiet, no extra noise near around my room or from anywhere else, no opening, closing or slamming doors coming from anywhere at any time. Unusual and appreciated. Towels were very fresh and clean like new. ”

“the house is very nice in general and in a great central Kokomo location. However the kitchen was not well outfitted for cooking "in" - minimal cooking pots/utensils, no baking equipment, etc. and we never found a sheet for the master bedroom in spite of searching closets per hosts instructions.”

“We are happy to have found this place as there is not many VRBO’s in Kokomo for just 2 people. The location is in a safe area of Kokomo, a testament from a former Kokomo resident. The “condo” was clean and Melinda and Boyd were excellent with contact of any needs we had. A bit of updating is needed but Murphy Bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I gave 5 stars due to the graciousness of Melinda, thank you again for your kindness!”
