“The common area (laundry, fitness etc) is under renovation but we’re not informed ahead of time. When I asked about the laundry location, I kept receiving the same instructions and code how to access when it’s not really available. We could have brought more clothes during the trip as we expected to be able to wash our clothes and not packed them dirty. Room cleaning is once a week which was our entire stay, sheets were not changed and room was not cleaned. They have to clean more……

“I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. Then I found this hotel in Potsdam for €414 for two nights. Getting to the fair was easy: the tram stop is about 200 metres away, and with a transfer to the S7, the journey took around an hour. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr Nicholas also replied quickly whenever I had a question. Prices……

“I was in town for the Berlin Marathon. This is the third time that I have stayed at this location. The location is so convenient. From the airport it is a train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof then a transfer to any of S3, S5, S7, or S9 lines and 3 stops later you are at Zoologischer station. From there it is one block to the Smartments. There is grocery store right in Zoologischer station. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with full supplies. “Our family traveled for 3 weeks and this was the most amazing place to stay. Number one out of all places!! The bedrooms were perfect, the beds were so comfortable and the washer and dryer were a huge help. We were able to watch TV, cook and the place was well upgraded. There were great restaurants nearby and it was quiet and comfortable. The AC was also amazing. I cannot rave enough about this stay. “I arrived late at night and there was nobody at the front desk. The instructions given and self check-in were very poor. It was nearly impossible finding the room which was on the second floor of a side building. There were no lights in the hallways or the stairwells. The room itself wasn’t bad and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no parking other than street parking and the car had to be moved at 8 AM. The parking meters only took cash, which is a headache if you’re living in the……

“廚房餐具很齊全，連洗碗機都有，缺點是油煙機出風口只用一張濾紙過濾，並沒有通風管往外抽，煮飯還是要開窗通風.路邊停車免費，但要早點到，飯店也提供停車位，但數量有限，是否收費，要問服務人員. 離地鐵公車也很近，附近也有大型超市可買食材.暖氣很給力，是地暖，浴室也有晾衣的暖氣架，總體95分，夏天來要看看有沒有冷氣，因為沒看到.”
