“I recently stayed at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel while traveling between Vancouver and Calgary during a move, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. I was especially surprised (and very relieved) that their pet policy allowed cats, as I was traveling with two. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that welcome cats, so this made a big difference for me and made the move far less stressful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless—quick, efficient, and handled professionally.……

The restaurant breakfast was horrible the kitchen staff was really bad the chef took no pride in how he served his food the plate was hotter then the food. The presentation was like what you may put in a dog dish and the said part when talking with the chef he did not care but did say he never liked the……

“The breakfast was excellent and provided the option for a healthy start to the day. The interior of the building has been beautifully upgraded and created a very cozy environment. The receptionist and host of the restaurant were both very friendly and extremely helpful! ”

“Very cute, clean place to stay in the mountains between Calgary and Vancouver. The only problem I had was that there were a lot of noises, pipes etc. going on all night. Also, they kept sending emails after we had reserved our room. 5 or 6 messages, which I found to be too much, but I suppose others may find helpful. Overall, would definitely recommend!”

“Very convenient to have the restaurant associated! Access to the rooms from the outside, like any motel. Personnel were VERY understanding and out of the ordinary helpful though I had a problem with expedia.ca with the reservation. I had booked two rooms instead of one and they helped cancel one, yey!”
