“The staff being "very helpful and nice" is often the most important factor for a great stay.
A clean room is a baseline expectation, but having it be "big" is a wonderful bonus that adds to comfort.

“The service sucks due to the staff negligences. The staff forgot to return our passports after check in and after our check out without any reminders. After our departure, they even did not remind us. It took us 1.5 hours to drive back and take the passport.”
