We enjoyed how close the property is to Imago Mall. We LOVE the pool on the top floor. There are many restaurants on the 1st floor, along with 24-hr convenience stores. We think the provider can improve in the area of cleanliness as our bath towels had stains on them and we had ant issues.

Disappointing stay, scruffy apartment, location ok

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. You are only given one access key, which you need to get in and out the building, and requests for a second one were denied, so if you're travelling as a group, you have to leave and arrive back at the same time which is quite limiting, especially for an appartment that can sleep 6. The apartment itself is quite scruffy, with limited effort having been made to clean it - cupboard shelves were all dirty and the countertop was really stained and it felt generally quite dingy. They also have bizarre blinds that do nothing to stop light flooding in so without an eye mask you'd have had bright lights from the communal building area opposite in your eyes all night. Location wise it was great for what we needed, you can get a very cheap taxi using the grab app, or it's a 25-30 minute walk to the waterfront bars or market. I would not stay here again for the price.

立地的にはとてもいい場所 チェックインカウンターがなく、施設の人との連絡が取りにくく、説明もわかりにくい。部屋の設備の不都合にも対応してくれずでした。 それ以外は慣れてしまえば使いやすいホテルでした。

Bra lägenhet med fin pool. Dock stängde poolen en hel dag för rengöring utan förvarning. Poolen ör högsta anledningen att välja detta boende. Information om incheck/utcheck alldeles för sent och saknades helt för poolen. Städning av köket undermålig. Underhåll undermåligt.

This is a really good place where the scenary is awesome, able to see mosques and a small village on water. Plus the room itself is pretty clean and neat. I think it's 10/10. モスクや水上村が見れて景色がとても良いところです。部屋も綺麗で整頓されています。満点だと思います!!

처음에 예약을 예상했던 가격보다 비싸게 했어요 하지만 코타키나발루에 바다뷰를 보고싶어서 논 스모킹 룸에 예약을 했습니다. 그리고 체크인 당시 룸이 다 차서 다른 곳으로 업그레이드를 시켜주겠다는 말에 알겠다고 했고, 막상가보니 하루는 스모킹 룸에서 지내야하고 다음날옮겨서 다른 날의 방을 업그레이드 시켜준다고했습니다. 체크인을 할때 그 정보에 대한 것을 설명을 자세히 안해주었고 룸이 다 찼으니 그냥 그방을 쓰라는 말만 나왔습니다 이미 복도부터 담배냄새가 났고 방을 여자마자 옛날피씨방 담배 냄새가 나서 상당히 불쾌한 하루를 보냈습니다.바다뷰도생각보다 이쁘지않았구요 수영장 또한그냥 그랬어요.전반적으로 그전에 이용했던 더 저렴한 호텔이 좋아서 다시는 이용하고싶지않았습니다. (아그리고 체크인 당시 다른 의자에 앉아서 기다리시는 한국분들 이야기를 들었는데 그분들도 별로라고하더라구여 )아래 사진은 저희가 썼던 방의 바다뷰에요

수영장이 제일 좋았고, 위치도 공항과 시내 중간이라 괜찮았고, 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 카톡으로 문의하면 회신도 빨랐습니다. 한가지 가족끼리 가고 물놀이도 매일 했는데 수건 갯수 부족했고, 마지막날 청소할때 수건 안바꿔줘서 좀 불편했네요.

Property is pretty new, need to ensure a lock is installed at the balcony as it can be aeccable from the outside of the unit. Ensure CLEANED towels is provided. Had smelly towels delivered to us and there was no housekeeping on one of the day. Provide shower caps.

The room was nice and it was a nice area. 24 hour shop downstairs and across from the shopping mall. Our only issue was with the service here. We sent a WhatsApp saying that there was an issue with our toilet and after they had come up to fix it we received messages basically giving out to us about it. They did apologise for this but when we told them the toilet was still not working correctly they just ignored us.

Very clean and good condition apartment.Staff was helpful and messaged us days before check in. Check in and check out was easy. The only bad point is the scenery outside the window -it was a dirty slum on stagnant water full of rubbish but it was also a good teaching point to the kids as they learn how other people live in poverty.

Its near Imago shopping mall, one of the largest in Kota Kinabulu. You have to contact the hotel before arrival coz there s no front desk. There is a great breakfast on ground floor and a 24-hour supermarket.

호스트의 부재로 체크인이 늦어지는 경우가 있다고 하여 걱정했으나 저희보다 미리 도착해서 기다리고 계셨어요. 상당히 친절하셨고 숙소 내 어매니티도 매우 넉넉해서 2박동안 묵는동안 따로 연락을 드릴 필요가 없었어요.건물 자체가 굉장히 크고 보안이 철저해서 묵고있는 타워 내에서만 이동이 가능해요.(건물 자체는 이어져 있으나 아파트의 동 같은 개념)이것 때문에 길을 헤메서 체크아웃 시간이 지나도록 사무실을 못 찾고 있었는데 직원분이 전화오셔서 굉장히 친절하게 안내해주셔서 감사했어요. 체크아웃 후 짐 보관도 가능해서 편리해요. 수영장도 사진으로 봤던 것 처럼 널찍하고 마음에 들었습니다. 아침보다 낮에 사람이 없어요. 가성비 좋은 숙박시설로 추천드립니다.

가격대비 이정도면 정말 좋은 컨디션인거같아요 다만 기본적인 청결이 좀 많이 떨어져요 첫날 침구가 더러워서 잠을 잘 못잤어요 제가 그런걸 잘 신경안쓰는편인데도 느껴지더라구요 그 외 다른건 다 만족스러웠습니다 ㅎㅎ

생각보다 너무 좋은 숙소! 강추입니다!

아주 괜찮은 숙소였어요!! 좋은 기억이 남아서 리뷰 남깁니다! 생각보다 방도 넓고 기대이상으로 침구도 깨끗했어요! 빨래도 할 수 있고(세제도 있음!) 에어컨도 4개나 있어요. 코타에서 묵었던 숙소 중에 제일 쾌적했습니다! 호텔스닷콤엔 프론트데스크가 없다고 나오는데 사무실이 따로 있구요, 체크인 하루 전에 예약한 핸드폰번호 카톡으로 안내사항이 옵니다~ 한국 뱅기는 다 밤도착이니 당연 레이트체크인도 됩니다. 문의사항은 호텔이랑 카톡으로 주고 받으면 바로 해결해줘서 편했어요. 그리고 수영장도 생각보다 넓고 깨끗하고 좋았어요! 이 숙소는 정말 생각보다 좋습니다! ㅋㅋㅋ 여기 묵고 리조트갔다가 다른 숙소 또 갔었는데 다들 방 컨디션은 여기가 최고였다며ㅠㅠ 그리고 이 건물 전체 보안이 참 좋다고 느꼈어요. 밤에 오면 가드들이 다 지키고 있고 출입도 꽤 철저히 관리합니다. 괜히 든든한 느낌이 들었어요. 위치는 좀 애매해요! 이마고몰 건너편인데 걸어서는 갈 수 없어서 그랩으로 가야하구 이 건물엔 한국마트랑 식당 몇개 뿐이라 숙소 근처에선 할게없어요! 그런데 밑에 말레이시아 가정식 식당이 꽤 괜찮으니 가보세용ㅋㅋㅋ 카야크로와상 굿 또 숙소 바로 뒤는 수상가옥이 있는 곳이라 새로운 풍경을 볼 수 있는것도 좋았습니다. 아침엔 닭이 모닝콜해주고 이슬람노래?같은게 흘러나오긴 하지만 거슬릴정도는 아닙니다.

수건에 얼룩이 있어서 조금 찝찝했습니다 그 외에는 모두 깨끗하고 좋았어요 저렴하고 방이 매우커서 만족해요 화장실도 방도 슬리퍼가 없으니 슬리퍼를 챙겨가세요 오피스에 계시는 분들도 친절하셨어요 하루 전날 비행기가 몇시 도착인지 카톡으로 확인차 연락주십니다
