Amazing balcony. Awful bathroom smell

The main point is the amazing view from the balcony, looking over the bay. It was beautiful. But I feel that there are other properties with this view also. The inside wasn’t clean and was dusty. They have added extras such as pretty pink chairs and lights hanging down from the ceiling but need to prioritise on giving it a good cleaning. The same can be said about the bathroom. This had an appalling smell. It was very strong! We had to leave the window open all the time and keep the bathroom door closed so that the smell didn’t come into the room much. We spent very little time in the bathroom for this reason. It was difficult trying to access the property as the keys weren’t where we were told via WhatsApp.

Disappointed about staff. No room cleaning and you never see any staff around to ask anything, you have to contact them via whatsapp etc. There was a blackout that lasted a day and we had no electricity. Didn't get any status update even when we asked the host via whatsapp.

Nice views from balcony for the price

While the view from the balcony is nice as shown in pics, the apartment itself is small and a bit noisy due to being able to hear the street traffic just outside the front door. Great and powerful air conditioning, though, which is nice and needed in summer.

Communication was quite poor, unable to contact with regards to my booking. Address isnt full so I had to give the taxi driver the name of a nearby shop so we could find the apartments. Had all the basics Neighbourhood dogs quite loud but that's not the owners fault

A good place to stay while visiting Kotor

We enjoyed our stay at Boka Heart while visiting Kotor. Finding the place was easy. Staff was super helpful and sociable. Our studio apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had all items needed to be able to prepare quick meals. Only a 5-minute walk to a small supermarket; a 15-minute walk to the main gate of the old city.

We git a very warm welcome from the host. The view from our balcony is amazing! The host cleaned our room and changed the towels for us every day. Walking distance to the old town. Everything is wonderful!

First it is no longer call the Apartment Vukotic it has a new name Boka Heart so when you go to look for it understand your Hotels.com info is not at all accurate. The phone number you are to call for information did not tell us the name changed, we went to address listed and asked someone there. They said oh yes name changed...UGH

Net, eenvoudig maar goed appartement bij strand

Net appartement vlak bij strand/boulevard. Met een eenvoudig doch handig keukentje (met koelkast) dat ook best compleet is, dwz de kastjes zijn goed gevuld met accesoires. Appartement blijft lekker op een aangename temperatuur omdat het niet vol in de zon ligt. Er is ook een airco maar die was niet nodig halverwege september. Overdag was het zo'n 27 graden buiten. Binnen veel aangenamer. De douche is lekker met een constante temperatuur. WC spoelt krachtig en zonder problemen door. Wastafel met spiegel en medicijnenkastje. De wifi is prima. De kamer die ik had is niet ruim maar je kunt er met twee personen in. Staan twee bedden. Het personeel komt om de drie dagen de boel schoon maken bedden verschonen etc. Ze doen zelfs de afwas voor je. Kreeg zelfs meerdere keren blikken bier en fruit aangeboden van de zeer vriendelijke eigenares. Buiten is een gemeenschappelijk terras waar je kunt ontbijten. De supermarkt is om de hoek. Het appartement is ca. 100 meter de berg op vanaf het strand. Er is een gratis parkeerplaats aan de weg bovenop de heuvel/berg. Parkeerplekken zijn wel krap maar het kan. Als je een huurauto hebt dan kan het lastig zijn om de drukke weg op te draaien. In elk geval goed op letten. Als je vanuit je appartement naar beneden ben je dus zo op het strand waar je lekker kunt zwemmen. Restaurants zijn daar ook op een steenworp afstand. Je kunt ook naar de oude stad, is slechts vijf minuten lopen. Kortom een prima lokatie/onderkomen voor hetgeen je betaald.
