Noisy, not suitable if you're taller than 120 cm..

Location in old town is fantastic, if you like clubbing and partying. Room is noisy and party just below windows is till about 3 o'clock in the night. We didn't bother much about noise though, we sleep easily. To be fair I think the guesthouse has 3 proper rooms that would be okay if you're not scared of the noise and poor service, rooms 1, 2 and 3 looked decent enough. Unluckily we had room number 4. We were mainly frustrated that the room they put us in was not really shown in the photos while booking. We're about average height, but could not make use of the bathroom without bending and twisting, it's the top room 4th floor just under the ceiling. In 80% of the bathroom and about 50% of the bedroom the ceiling was lower than my head… if you like some fire safety, don’t book this, very tight Stairway and no emergency routes. In case of emergency you're definitely stuck. Some other setbacks: *Breakfast was promised from 8 o’clock (sign in room even says 7:30) but wasnt served before 9, even after specific request. When the guy finally showed up first morning he prioritised putting ashtrays everywhere over us. Breakfast does not include coffee or anything to drink but has a large basket of fries we didn't want…. *Communication was hard, they let you wait long time without any explanation *Wifi and tv didn't work. *Funny smells in the bathroom But hey, we’ve enjoyed Kotor anyway. Never book room 4 and try to avoid this place anyway.
